Refund Policy

Effective: To be confirmed before launch

AnalystBook is currently in pre-launch development. The final Refund Policy will be published before the platform opens for paid registration. This page outlines the principles the policy will codify.

Free trial

Every new account includes a 14-day free trial of AnalystBook. No payment is taken during the trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your account is paused — no charge, no auto-conversion to paid.

Subscription

After the trial, AnalystBook is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually (final pricing to be published before launch). You can cancel at any time from the settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and have not used the service heavily, contact contact@analystbook.com and we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Annual plans cancelled mid-cycle are pro-rated against months used.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we attempt to retry over 7 days and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, your account is paused (read-only access to existing notes for 30 days, then archived). Reactivating restores access in full.

Service termination

If AnalystBook terminates a customer account for cause (terms of service violation), no refund is owed for the remaining period. If we discontinue the service, customers will be given at least 30 days' notice and the option to export their data.

EU consumer rights

Customers in the EU have a 14-day cooling-off right under consumer protection law. By starting your trial and beginning to use the service, you agree to commence the digital service immediately, waiving the cooling-off right for the portion you have used. Refunds beyond the cooling-off period follow the policy above.
